Early Start Enrollment Options

On Campus

You will attend classes at our beautiful downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, campus, alongside our full-time undergraduate students. You will be taking a real college course, not simply getting credit for the high school version of an equivalent college course. This will follow our traditional semester (fall or spring) schedule that lasts 16 weeks.

Online

Indiana Tech’s online enrollment option allows students to earn college credit online. Online coursework is accessible 24/7, so you can work on it when and where it is convenient for you. In addition, online students also have the same access to Fort Wayne campus facilities, activities, and services as their on-campus counterparts.

Hybrid

If you are willing to take 6-week online courses, please select Hybrid. For example, some courses are offered only in a 6-week online format or a 16-week in-person format, such as certain math courses.

Online courses are available in a traditional schedule (16 weeks) or accelerated (6 weeks).

Please note that some certificate programs are only offered in the 6 week online format. In addition, a student must graduate high school and submit their final official high school transcripts to Indiana Tech prior to receiving their certificate.

Certificate programs range in total credits required between 16-18 credit hours. In addition, some certificate programs have classes outside of the required classes that you will need to take due to pre-requisite requirements.

Some classes are only offered during specific times of year, so it may not always be possible to complete the certificate program depending on when you start.
