Camp begins on Monday, June 1st, 2026. Parents must come in on first day of drop off their student and verify emergency contact information is correct. Camp ends on Friday, June 5.
Campers should be dropped off each day at Andorfer Commons on the Fort Wayne Indiana Tech campus, 1600 E. Washington Blvd. Use Entrance 2, which is on the Washington Blvd. side of the campus.
Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Drop-off time is 8:30 a.m. and pickup time is 2:00 p.m.

Waivers / Event Agreements + Communications
Waiver: Parental Agreement PARENTAL AGREEMENT We highly recommend that you send with your child all prescription and over-the-counter-medications that they take on a regular basis or on an as needed basis (i.e., an inhaler for exercise-induced asthma for use when needed, migraine medication, etc.). If your child will be bringing prescription medication, please send a note to Indiana Tech explaining the reason for the medication. I have been advised of and/or recognize the risk inherent with my child’s participation in this program. I assume full responsibility for all injuries that may arise from his/her physical or emotional limitations. I unconditionally release Indiana Tech and its employees from any and all liability or claims that may result from his/her participation in this program, except to the extent my child suffers an injury or damage that is (i) a result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Indiana Tech or its employees and (ii) not a result of my child's own actions or negligence. This child has no health, emotional, or injury-related conditions (recent or chronic) which will be aggravated by or which will exclude his/her active participation in the above program. In case of injury or illness, I give permission for the above child to be transported to and receive medical treatment at a local medical facility, and I guarantee the payment of all expenses incurred for such transportation and treatment. PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT As a participant in this Indiana Tech sponsored program, I agree to abide by the standards and guidelines presented by Indiana Tech as described below: Dress and behavior should always be appropriate for the occasion. I agree to abide by the rules stipulated by Indiana Tech while a participant in this program. I understand that if I do not abide by these standards, I may be removed from this program and not permitted to attend future Indiana Tech sponsored programs. In signing this form, I agree to uphold this agreement.Waiver: Talent Release I hereby grant to Indiana Institute of Technology, its employees, officers, representatives, and those acting with their authority and permission, the absolute right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and re-publish photos and video of me or in which I may be included without restriction as to changes or alterations in any and all media now or hereafter known, for art, advertising, trade or any other purpose whatsoever. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it maybe applied. I hereby release Indiana Institute of Technology, its employees, officers, representatives, and all persons acting under their permission or authority, from any liability, including without limitation any claims for libel, invasion of privacy or the unintentional infliction of emotional distress I state further that I have read the above authorization, release and agreement and that I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
Payments & Refund Policy
Payments currently accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or a prepaid Visa or MasterCard gift card. Users in the United States can also use checking account payments through ACH transfers. Once an ACH payment has been initiated, you cannot cancel or void the transaction. An ACH payment may take 5-10 business days to "clear" or fully process.
Refunds can only be returned to the original bank account or credit/debit card account. Credit card refunds must be requested within 180 days of the original payment. Refunds for checking account payments (ACH) must be made within 90 days of the original payment. All refunds requests are set at the discretion of payment processor and may change without notice.
