Schedule Your Group Visit

Let the Indiana Tech community host your group or organization for a visit to campus!

We would love to host your group on campus! Before you register, here are a few things to keep in mind:

• Group tours are offered most Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout the year. 
• Group size should be no more than 50 individuals total.
• Please allow for 1 adult chaperone per 10-15 student guests.
  • If you would like to inquire about a group of more than 50 people, please email Ashley Davison at acdavison@indianatech.edu.
• All visits start at 10:00 a.m. and will end at approximately 1:00 p.m.
• Please dress for the occasion (rain, snow, etc.) and have good walking shoes (you will walk all over campus).
• Make your reservation as early as possible. Only one group is allowed per day on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All visits include an informational session by the Admission Office staff.

Due to limited space on campus, being on time is extremely important. If you are more than 30 minutes late, the visit may need to be rescheduled. If you need to cancel your visit, please give at least 48 hours notice.
